Income Protection summaries have been mailed or emailed and are available for download.
There are a few reasons why you may not receive an Income Protection or Bill Relief summary, including:
- You did not pay any premiums during the 2024-2025 Financial Year.
- You made an Income Protection or Bill Relief claim during the 2024-2025 Financial Year, and you can expect to receive your Income Protection or Bill Relief summary by mid-August 2025.

Wellbeing support
- Insuranceline is offering access to free and confidential counselling to our customers and their families impacted by the recent tragic events at Bondi Beach and may need support.
- This service is available for anyone impacted by the Bondi Beach events and struggling to cope with uncertainty, stress, or anxiety.
- The Wellbeing Support Service is provided through Assure Programs and includes access to two free, 60-minute confidential discussions with a psychologist.
- To book a phone session, customers can call Assure on 1300 820 733 (Australia) Please note that this service is only available to those calling within Australia and for those outside Australia, we can provide further online support through Headlight (as outlined below).
- The Assure service is available 24/7 and all customers can access it immediately.
- Customers can also access Headlight for help understanding and managing their wellbeing at: www.myheadlight.com.au
- Developed by TAL in partnership with the University of Sydney Brain and Mind Centre, Headlight is an online tool that can help customers understand and manage their mental wellbeing by identifying risk factors and providing targeted recommendations to support their overall health.
- Headlight provides users with access to evidence-based resources to help them take control over their own wellbeing.
